Mozzarella Cheese Stick

I just love everything about cheese! It's so yummy, and goes well with a lot of food. So, today post is Mozzarella Cheese Stick, it's cheese, and it's fried, what's more to be asked?? In addition this recipe is super easy, no one can messed this up! Except if you over cooked it or messed up with the breadcrumbs coating... so, well, you can still messed up this simple recipe after all..

Mozzarella Cheese Stick

Ingredients:

Mozzarella cheese

Breadcrumbs

All purpose flour

Milk

1 eggs

Directions:

1. Cut up mozzarella cheese into a stick shape.

2. Dip the cheese in milk, roll on flour.

3. Dip the cheese again in eggs, cover it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.

4. Preheat the oil, fried cheese stick with medium heat until it turns golden brown.

5. Serve when it's still warm with sauce of your own choice.
