I feel so drowsy lately, and lazy as well. I want to sleep all the time, I even spend my lunchtime to sleep instead of eating. Really, I should sleep earlier in the night, I know, but I've been so engrossed in reading lately that it's consuming my sleeping time.
Well, forget about that now. Today I want to share with you one of the most easiest dessert recipe I ever found. It's very easy and taste pretty good too. Here it is:
Nutella Chocolate Cupcakes
(Got this recipe from some random BBM channel)
For the cupcakes:
1 cup Nutella (or any kind of chocolate jam, I use Crumpy Duo)
8 tbsp flour (original recipe is 10 tbsp)
2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar (original recipe didn't use this)
a pinch of salt (original recipe didn't use this)
For the decorations:
cooking chocolate
butter
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 176°C or 348°F.
2. Whisk 2 eggs, shift flour and combine it with eggs. If the mixture is too wet, you can add more flour.
3. Add the chocolate jam into the mixture, mix well.
4. Pour the mixture into a cupcake paper cups, bake for 15-20 minutes.
For the decorations, it's up to your imagination, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar, or maybe pour chocolate ganache on top of the cupcakes.
You can make chocolate ganache by combining butter and cooking chocolate on a double boiler.
Try it out, you'll be surprised how easy it is to make this dessert. Happy cooking!
